本文对6L-12111B皮带轮的工艺进行了分析,从理论上说明了皮带轮的缩松缺陷与工艺因素的关系,并详尽地分析了各种铸造方案的优缺点,从而选择了最佳工艺方案。通过几个月的生产,使废品率由30.7%降至2.8%。我厂生产的皮带轮有几十种,其中有两个皮带槽的皮带轮较复杂。皮带槽处壁厚60mm左右,而其它部位壁厚约为10mm。往往在皮带槽的中心部位产生缩松,晶粒粗大,加工后的表面呈现“苍蝇脚”状,影响使用性能,废品率高.6L-12111B曲轴皮带轮就是其中的一种。
In this paper, the process of 6L-12111B pulley is analyzed. The relationship between the shrinkage defect of the pulley and the process factors is theoretically explained. The advantages and disadvantages of various casting schemes are analyzed in detail, and the best process scheme is selected. After months of production, the scrap rate dropped from 30.7% to 2.8%. There are dozens of pulleys in our factory, of which two pulleys with belt slots are more complex. Belt slot wall thickness of about 60mm, while the other parts of the wall thickness of about 10mm. Often in the central part of the belt groove produce shrinkage, coarse grains, the surface after processing shows “flies feet” shape, affecting the performance, high rejection rate .6 L-12111B crankshaft pulley is one of them.
