CAP1400项目用钢制安全壳采用的是SA-738 Gr.B,筒体段壁厚为52 mm。ASME BPVC Section 3Division 1 Subsection NE-2007标准规定SA-738 Gr.B板材免除焊后热处理的最大壁厚为44 mm。焊后热处理的问题主要是现场电功率不足、施工难度和风险大。本文进行了52、44 mm SA-738 Gr.B钢板交货态的力学性能对比及52mm对接接头焊态、焊后热处理态的对比。试验结果表明,52、44 mm厚母材交货态的力学性能相当,52 mm厚SA-738 Gr.B母材焊后热处理前后的断裂韧性相当。焊后热处理后焊接接头的力学性能降低,对52 mm厚板材手工电弧焊接接头免除焊后热处理是可行的。
The CAP1400 project uses a steel containment SA-738 Gr.B with a cylinder wall thickness of 52 mm. ASME BPVC Section 3Division 1 Subsection The NE-2007 standard specifies the maximum wall thickness of SA-738 Gr.B sheet for post-weld heat treatment of 44 mm. After welding heat treatment is the main problem of lack of on-site power, construction of the difficulty and risk. In this paper, the mechanical properties of 52,44 mm SA-738 Gr.B steel are compared with those of 52 mm butt welded joints after welding and after heat treatment. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the 52,44 mm thick base material are comparable with those of the 52 mm thick SA-738 Gr.B base metal before and after heat treatment. The mechanical properties of the welded joint after the post-weld heat treatment are reduced, and it is feasible to eliminate the post-weld heat treatment of the 52 mm thick manual arc welded joint.
