本文结合 LZ141型五吨柴油载重汽车的研制过程,探讨了发展我国中、小吨位柴油汽车的一些共同性问题。作者认为:我国中、小吨位柴油汽车应予适当发展,以满足国民经济不同方面(特别是农业运输方面)的需要。在比较先进的国产汽油车的基础上,研制比较先进的车用高速柴油机,做到汽油车与柴油车底盘通用,是符合系列化多品种生产的原则的,是发展我国中、小吨位柴油汽车的一条多快好省的道路。车用柴油机应当在满足车用要求的前提下,做到先进性与现实性相结合,做艰苦深入的试验研究,是可以取得满意的结果的。在与汽油车采用通用底盘的条件下,柴油汽车的总布置要着重解决发动机悬置、整车重量参数及轴荷分配、动力性能及电气系统等问题。
In this paper, the development process of LZ141 five-ton diesel truck is explored, and some common problems in developing medium and small tonnage diesel vehicles are discussed. The author believes that the medium and small tonnage of diesel vehicles in our country should be properly developed to meet the needs of different aspects of the national economy, especially in agricultural transport. In the more advanced domestic gasoline car based on the development of more advanced high-speed automotive diesel engine, gasoline and diesel chassis so common, is in line with the principle of serial production of more variety is the development of China’s small tonnage diesel vehicles A much faster and better province of the road. Vehicle diesel engine should meet the requirements of the car under the premise of combining advanced and realistic, to do painstaking research, it is possible to obtain satisfactory results. In the common chassis with gasoline vehicles under the conditions of the total arrangement of diesel vehicles to focus on solving the engine mount, vehicle weight parameters and axle load distribution, power performance and electrical systems and other issues.
