海军卫生部于4月14～26日在南京举办了药政管理学习班,参加学习的有海军药学专业组成员及各卫生处、医院、疗养院、药材仓库和师以上部队卫生医疗单位的药学枝术人员共105人。海军卫生部鞠通远部长、总后卫生部裘雪友处长、苏玉华助理员等曾到学习班讲了话,予以支持、鼓励并提出希望要求。学习班学习了《药品管理法》,并听取了总后卫生部、二医大、南京药学院和军队一些总医院等单位十六名专家教授、技术人员所作的专题报告,内容有“药品管理法与药政管理”、“新药管理与审批”、“特殊药品供应和管理”、“中药质量的技术管理”、“药品管理法的法律责任”、“药物的分析检验”、“海军药材供应管理有关问题”、“我军药材
