目的 :探讨白内障与血液及眼球组织中锌含量的关系。方法 :用亚硒酸钠复制SD大鼠白内障模型 ,给预防组大鼠眼内补锌 4周后 ,观察各组实验大鼠晶体的变化并测定其血液和眼球组织中的锌含量。结果 :模型组及预防组大鼠血液中的锌含量均明显低于正常对照组 ,其差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 1和P <0 0 5 ) ;预防组大鼠眼球组织中的锌含量明显高于正常对照组 ,其差异具有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。眼内补锌的预防组大鼠晶体混浊程度较模型组的轻。结论 :白内障大鼠血液中的锌含量降低 ,而眼球组织中的锌含量升高。锌对硒性白内障的发生和发展具有抑制和延缓作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between cataract and zinc in blood and eyeballs. Methods: The SD rats cataract model was duplicated with sodium selenite. After 4 weeks of zinc supplementation in the prevention group, the crystal changes of the rats in each group were observed and the contents of zinc in blood and eyeballs were determined. Results: The levels of zinc in the blood of the model group and the preventive group were significantly lower than those of the normal control group (P <0.01 and P <0.05), and the levels of zinc Content was significantly higher than the normal control group, the difference was very significant (P <0.01). Intraocular zinc supplementation prevention rat crystal turbidity than the model group of light. CONCLUSION: The zinc content in the blood of cataract rats decreases, while the zinc content in the eyeballs increases. Zinc on the occurrence and development of selenium cataract with inhibition and delay.
