The 21st century is the era of wisdom first. The most important value of goods comes from knowledge. Labor must be combined with knowledge to become productive. Organizations should not only respond to the ever-changing needs of consumers, but also keep the individuals in the organization moving in and out of wisdom. This is the price society.
