The ideological and moral education of minors is the most basic and eternal topic of education. Moral education must be effective, and many teachers in primary and secondary schools have already done a lot of useful attempts. How can we make this kind of manuscript more effective after the reader has opened the book? The theme of this issue of the Forum is “effective moral education.” It is an attempt to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of minors as the main line, and according to the location characteristics and resource features of some schools. Liu Wenjun, Tang Zhihe and Deng Jian, authors of the Teacher Training School in Wucheng District of Mianyang City, sent their research results “Investigation Report on the Status Quo of Undergraduates’ Ideological and Moral Issues in Licheng District” to us first. This is the first issue of the fifth issue of the Journal last year. The Positive Response to “Implementing Minors' Ideological and Moral Construction Measures”. It is this rather weighty survey report that gave us the confidence to determine the theme of this issue.
