湖南省第五工程公司木工连的同志遵照毛主席关于“中国应当对于人类有较大的贡献”的教导,开展了技术革新运动,在学习兄弟单位先进经验的基础上,经过多次反复试验研究,成功地用土法生产出了尿素甲醛树脂,可在门板、隔板等木制构件中全面使用树脂胶代替竹梢拼接,取消了刨高低缝、企口缝、起犁头缝等工序,用短废边皮板代替了规方板,大大简化了操作工序,提高了工效和木材出材率,为节约利废作出了新的贡献。

In the wooden components such as door panels and partitions, resin glue can be used in place of bamboo splices, eliminating the need for high and low seams, joints, and plowing. The short waste edge skin plate replaced the square plate, which greatly simplifies the operation procedures, improves the work efficiency and the wood output rate, and makes new contributions to the saving of waste.
