本文应用国产的血卟啉光敏剂(PSD-007)加不同波段的光辐照,比较了不同波段的光敏反应对癌细胞的杀伤怍用。实验结果说明,光敏药物进入细胞后,经红光、绿光和紫光等不同波段的光辐照后,均能产生光敏反应而将癌细胞杀死。不同波段的光辐照对癌细胞杀伤效应的定量研究的结果为紫光的杀伤作用>绿光>红光。作者指出:由于紫光对组织的穿透性太差,所以在实际治疗中,红光仍为治疗表浅肿瘤的最佳波段。
In this paper, domestic use of the blood porphyrin photosensitizer (PSD-007) plus different wavelengths of light irradiation, compared the different wavelengths of photosensitive response to the killing of cancer cells. The experimental results show that after the photosensitive drug enters the cell and is irradiated with light of different wavelengths such as red light, green light, and violet light, it can produce a photosensitivity reaction and kill the cancer cell. The quantitative study of the killing effect of different wavelengths of light on the cancer cells results in the killing effect of violet light> green light> red light. The authors pointed out that because of the poor penetration of purple light on tissues, red light is still the best wavelength for the treatment of superficial tumors in actual treatment.
