本研究共选取了长三角地区和珠三角地区的不同企业员工356名,采用凌文辁教授主持修订的组织承诺量表,用验证性因子分析对组织承诺量表进行验证。结果显示,中国员工的组织承诺呈现感情承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺、继续承诺的四因素模型。同时,采用方差分析和相关分析研究了各人口学变量在组织承诺各个维度的差异。
In this study, 356 employees from different enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta were selected. Ling revised the organizational commitment scale with Ling Wen-chuan, and verified the organizational commitment scale with confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the organizational commitment of Chinese employees presents a four-factor model of emotional commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment, and continued commitment. At the same time, the variance analysis and correlation analysis were used to study the differences among the demographic variables in each dimension of organizational commitment.
