目的了解云南少数民族地区贫困大学生的自我和谐状况,为少数民族地区贫困大学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用中文《自我和谐量表》(SCCS),对云南不同区域的761名大学生进行问卷调查,并对贫困生与非贫困生进行比较分析。结果 22.2%贫困生的自我和谐得分较高,他们的自我和谐总分高于非贫困生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我与经验的不和谐得分高于非贫困生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);自我灵活性、刻板性均比非贫困生高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论云南少数民族地区贫困大学生自我和谐总体水平低于非贫困生,自我与经验的不和谐程度高于非贫困生。
Objective To understand the self-consistency and harmony among poor college students in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan and provide the basis for mental health education for poor college students in ethnic minority areas. Methods The Chinese self-consistency scale (SCCS) was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 761 college students in different regions of Yunnan Province. The comparative analysis was made between poor and non-poor students. Results 22.2% poor students got higher scores of self-harmony, their self-harmony scores were higher than those of non-poor students, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); self-experience disharmony score was higher than non-poor students, the difference was (P <0.01). The self-flexibility and stereotypes were higher than non-poor students, but the differences were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The overall level of self-harmony of poor college students in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan is lower than that of non-poor students, and the degree of disharmony between self and experience is higher than that of non-poor students.
