本文叙述用准分子激光束将原始文字转移到感光性树脂板上的直接凸版印刷工艺。光敏塑料树脂板经300~400毫微米紫外线曝光。光源可用能长时间曝光的高压汞蒸汽灯。若采用产生高强度紫外光束(350毫微米)的氟化氙准分子激光器,即使低灵敏度的感光性树脂板也适用。固化的临界能量密度为40毫焦/厘米~2(10毫微秒)。这种新方法用脉冲激光束进行字母制板比激光扫描工艺简易得多。
This article describes a direct relief printing process that uses an excimer laser beam to transfer the original text onto a photosensitive resin plate. Photosensitive plastic resin board by 300 ~ 400 nm ultraviolet light exposure. Light source can be used for long-term exposure to high-pressure mercury vapor lamp. If a Xenon Fluoride Xenon Excimer Laser is used to generate high intensity UV light (350 nm), even low sensitivity photosensitive resin sheets are suitable. The critical energy density of curing is 40 mJ / cm 2 (10 ns). This new method uses a pulsed laser beam to make a letter plate much easier than laser scanning.
