前言:我是南京市浦口区一所幼儿园的一名普通的园长,2013年8月参加了浦口区园长工作会,会上浦口区教育局局长介绍全区的情况说:我区2005年左右不到30所幼儿园,现在已有了65所幼儿园,而到了2015年全区将有100所幼儿园,园所发展之快导致优秀的老师紧缺,优秀的园长管理人才更是紧缺……听到此,忽然想到,浦口区如此,其它地方应该也是如此。作为一名在管理岗位上工作十多年的园长,特别想与大家分享一些管理经验,为新园长们提供一点点管理思路。以下是我十多年园长管理工作中的一些小案例,仅供参考。
