从宏观特性、微观组织和加工工艺对链斗式卸煤机125mm链条的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明：断裂的主要原因是技板孔的直线与圆弧段连接处存在裂纹和强度不够。据此提出了改进建议。
The reasons for the rupture of 125mm chain in bucket-type unloader are analyzed from macroscopic characters, microstructure and processing technology. The results show that the main reason of fracture is that there is not enough cracks and strength in the connection of the straight line and the circular arc of the hole in the technical board. Based on this, suggestions for improvement are put forward.
