我国的冰棒生产,一向以手工操作为主。许多工厂和科研单位为扭转运一落后局面,曾作了大量研制工作,均未获重大突破。60年代末,北京市人民食品厂从丹麦引进了一台RoLLo20型转盘冰捧凝冻机,使我们有了很好的借鉴,在探索冰棒机械化生产的工作上少走了很多弯路。但是照搬外国技术,不一定符合生产实际。我们对原设计做了一系列大胆的改革,取得了成果。下面将各项改革和引进原机逐点进行对照加以介绍。
