为探讨离退休职工心理卫生状况及其影响因素 ,采用SCL - 90症状自评量表对成都市 2 0 2名离退休职工进行了心理卫生调查。结果表明 ,离退休职工心理卫生状况较好 ,阳性项目数和精神病性、偏执、敌对性、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感、强迫等 8项均低于中国正常人常模 (P <0 0 1) ,仅躯体不适高于常模。离退休女职工的恐怖高于男性。离退休不足 2年和有婚姻缺陷者的心理障碍较突出。年龄、经济收入和担任行政职务对离退休职工心理卫生无明显影响。提出了针对性保护措施 To investigate the mental health status of retired employees and its influencing factors, a mental health survey was conducted on 202 retired employees in Chengdu using the SCL-90 Symptom Checklist. The results showed that the mental health status of retired employees was good, and the number of positive items and psychoticism, paranoia, hostility, anxiety, depression, interpersonal sensitivity, and coercion were all lower than normal norms in China (P<0 0 1 ), only physical discomfort is higher than the norm. Retired female workers are more horrible than men. Less than 2 years of retired and the psychological barriers of those with impaired marriage are more prominent. Age, economic income and administrative positions have no significant effect on mental health of retirees. Targeted protection measures
