目的建立用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定右旋糖酐铁中铅、镉、砷、汞、钴、钒、硒、钼8种重金属元素的分析方法。方法通过检测波长考察,仪器参数优化,校正光谱干扰,验证电离干扰并考察抑制方法,测定8种重金属元素的量。结果抑制电离干扰,待测元素回收率提高5%~10%,方法准确度良好,加样回收率在95.7%~101.1%,方法精密度良好(RSD<3.6%,n=6)。各待测元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.15~8.09 ng/m L,定量限为0.46~24.26 ng/m L。结论方法准确度高、灵敏度高、迅速可靠,可用于右旋糖酐铁中8种重金属元素的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods By measuring the wavelength, optimizing the instrument parameters, correcting the spectral interference, verifying the ionization interference and examining the inhibition method, the amounts of 8 heavy metal elements were determined. The results showed that the recovery rate of element to be tested increased by 5% ~ 10% with the inhibition of ionization interference. The accuracy of the method was good. The recovery rate was 95.7% ~ 101.1%. The method was accurate (RSD <3.6%, n = 6). The linear relationship between each element was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.15 ~ 8.09 ng / m L, the limit of quantification was 0.46 ~ 24.26 ng / m L. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid and reliable and can be used for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran.
