电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定右旋糖酐铁重金属元素中的电离干扰及抑制方法

目的建立用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定右旋糖酐铁中铅、镉、砷、汞、钴、钒、硒、钼8种重金属元素的分析方法。方法通过检测波长考察,仪器参数优化,校正光谱干扰,验证电离干扰并考察抑制方法,测定8种重金属元素的量。结果抑制电离干扰,待测元素回收率提高5%~10%,方法准确度良好,加样回收率在95.7%~101.1%,方法精密度良好(RSD<3.6%,n=6)。各待测元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.15~8.09 ng/m L,定量限为0.46~24.26 ng/m L。结论方法准确度高、灵敏度高、迅速可靠,可用于右旋糖酐铁中8种重金属元素的测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods By measuring the wavelength, optimizing the instrument parameters, correcting the spectral interference, verifying the ionization interference and examining the inhibition method, the amounts of 8 heavy metal elements were determined. The results showed that the recovery rate of element to be tested increased by 5% ~ 10% with the inhibition of ionization interference. The accuracy of the method was good. The recovery rate was 95.7% ~ 101.1%. The method was accurate (RSD <3.6%, n = 6). The linear relationship between each element was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.15 ~ 8.09 ng / m L, the limit of quantification was 0.46 ~ 24.26 ng / m L. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid and reliable and can be used for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran.
