运用SWOT工具,从行业、经济、文化、地理等各方面对南昌铁路客运需求总量、旅客运输市场的现状及原因进行了分析,并提出了新形势下南昌铁路客运市场的发展对策,在加快铁路提速改造、运用铁路短途客运,形成市场运价等机制,充分发挥铁路优势,提高铁路客运竞争力,争取更多的市场份额。
Using SWOT tools, this paper analyzes the total passenger demand of Nanchang Railway from the aspects of industry, economy, culture and geography, the current situation and reasons of passenger transport market, and puts forward the development strategies of Nanchang Railway passenger transport market in the new situation. Speed up transformation of the railway, the use of short-distance rail passenger transport, the formation of the market tariff mechanism, give full play to the advantages of the railway, improve the competitiveness of railway passenger transport, and strive for more market share.
