移动互联网时代,旅游网站纷纷布局移动市场,旅游APP开始出现迅速增长和多样化发展的趋势,在激烈的市场竞争中,用户体验成为争取客户的关键。本文以携程旅行为研究对象,通过问卷调查总结了携程的用户体验现状,分析其优势和问题,为同类APP的建设提供参考。
In the era of mobile Internet, travel websites have laid out the mobile market in succession. With the rapid growth and diversified development of tourism APP, the user experience has become the key to gain customers in the fierce market competition. This article takes Ctrip as the research object, summarizes the current situation of Ctrip’s user experience by questionnaire survey, analyzes its advantages and problems, and provides reference for the construction of APP.
