教学质量是中等职业学校发展的生命线,也是社会衡量学校优劣的重要标志。2015年教育部颁布《关于深化职业教育教学改革,全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见》,并决定逐步建立职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度,促进人才培养质量提升。因此,加强教学管理监控体系建设,提升教育教学质量,既是每一所中等职业学校的价值追求,也是学校管理的核心任务。近年来,我校在宏观上架构了三级教学监管体系,有力地促进了学校的内涵建设,培养了一批“爱家乡、肯吃苦、会创新、能合作”的“德技双馨”人才,为淮安地方经济发展作出了积极的贡献。
