人文教育与高校公共体育教学的契合是落实体育课以人为本、健康第一课程理念的抓手。因此,在高校体育课堂教学改革的过程中,发展大学生身心健康素质、提升大学生社会适应能力的同时,需要结合人文教育来提升大学生的人文素养。基于此,本文结合高校公共体育教学实践,在分析人文教育对促进高校公共体育课教学效益基础上,就人文教育在公共体育课堂的融合与应用策略展开了研究。
The combination of humanistic education and public physical education in colleges and universities is the starting point for implementing the concept of “people first” and “health first” in physical education. Therefore, in the process of college PE classroom teaching reform, it is necessary to develop the physical and mental health of college students and enhance the social adaptability of college students. At the same time, it is necessary to combine humanities education to enhance the humanistic accomplishment of college students. Based on this, this paper, based on the practice of public physical education in colleges and universities, analyzes the integration of humanities education in public PE classes and its application strategies based on the analysis of the benefits of humanities education in promoting the teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities.
