我院门诊1977～1980年采用胶圈套扎疗法治疗内痔、混合痔、痔急性嵌顿共389例,疗效满意.389例中男191例,女198例.年龄最大70岁,最小15岁.病史最长的30余年,最短2个月.临床与分期:Ⅰ°1例,Ⅱ°103例,Ⅲ°285例.胶圈脱落时间:最短2天,最长8天,平均4～5天.伤口愈合时间:最短4天,最长15天,平均8～9天.适应症及禁忌症:适用于各期内痔、混合痔及痔急性嵌顿,其中以Ⅱ～Ⅲ度脱垂性内痔效果最好.肛管、肛周炎症,前列腺肥大,妊娠期,门静脉高压症等均为相对禁忌症.治疗方法术前先行直肠指诊.以排除其它病变而明确诊断.直肠内若充满大便,应嘱患者排空.触摸痔中心动脉搏动,如中心动脉搏动,一般不宜马上套
