炼钢过程中Ba是以碳酸钡的形式加入的,主要作用大致分二方面,一、Ba作为冶炼过程中的示踪元素,借钢渣中测定出的BaO量,根据回收率可计算出渣量;二、Ba同时又起置换作用,其原理与炼钢中加入Al、Ca有相同之处。 目前炉渣中BaO的测定方法很不理想,我们通过试验提出用原子吸收方法直接测定0.5~20%炉渣中BaO,方法简单,精度、准确度都能满足要求。BaO线性范围0~700μg/ml;特征浓度200μg/ml/0.2A,检出限7.9μg/ml,相对标准偏差6%(以2.5%BaO计)。

We propose to use the atomic absorption method to directly measure BaO in 0.5-20% slag, and the method is simple, accurate and accurate to meet the requirements.
