目的:探讨金黄散外涂、外敷对重离子射线治疗肿瘤皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法:对重离子射线治疗浅表肿瘤出现皮肤损伤的患者25例,在治疗期间只用金黄散水剂外涂,治疗结束后用金黄散粉剂蜂蜜调成糊状外敷,20天为1疗程,于治疗的第10、15、20天进行临床评价。结果:治疗后第10、15、20天治愈例数分别为8、21、24例;总治愈率为96.0%,只有1例皮肤损伤Ⅳ级的患者因感染中途停药而未治愈。结论:金黄散具有良好的消肿、止痛、防脱皮的效果,可有效改善重离子射线所致皮肤损伤。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of golden powder coated and external application on the skin lesions treated by heavy ion irradiation. Methods: Twenty-five patients with superficial skin lesions were treated with heavy-ion radiotherapy. Only Golden Dispersant was applied during the treatment. After treatment, Clinical evaluation was performed on the 10th, 15th and 20th day of treatment. Results: The cured cases on the 10th, 15th and 20th day after treatment were 8, 21 and 24 cases respectively. The total cure rate was 96.0%. Only 1 patient with grade Ⅳ of skin injury did not heal due to the stoppage of infection. Conclusion: Golden Powder has a good swelling, pain, anti-peeling effect, which can effectively improve the heavy ion-induced skin damage.
