Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) announced today the LM48901, an integrated circuit that simplifies the design and programming of audio systems for enhanced multi-speaker portable products. Its range of applications includes laptops, tablets, sound bar speakers and audio docking stations. According to TI’s introduction of TI’s high-performance analog products market development manager in Japan, National Semiconductor LM48901 space array is the first innovative audio IC family of distributed audio processing and speaker array technology (including four Class D amplifier) , Simplifying its computation and programming, making it flexible multi-channel processing.
