越南冒溪煤矿-80m水平巷道穿入FA断层12m时,曾发生两次突水冒落,最大涌水量100~105m3/h,冒落物1550m3,充塞巷道约90m,并造成人员伤亡事故。中国煤炭科学研究总院专家采用地面注浆堵水与加固技术进行事故治理,采用密布孔、短段下行式、控量反复注浆、延伸套管加强关键层位注浆的技术措施,取得良好的注浆效果,创造了安全穿过FA断层的掘进施工条件。
