本刊第2期发表了大连第二电机厂关于开展全面VE活动的经验。这一期发表辽宁省机械委1990年8月关于要求推广大连第二电机厂开展“全员价值工程活动”经验的文件;提出了六点要求,其中心内容是:领导重视,全员参加,以提高质量,降低消耗,增加效益为中心,开展全员VE活动。在日常的经济活动、技术活动、生产活动和流通活动及其他有关技术经济活动的各个领域中,都可以应用价值工程去分析和解决问题。这对于各地区、各行业和企业在集中精力把经济建设搞上去,在改革开放的大潮中,借鉴他们的经验结合当地实际情况,应用价值工程技术,解决有关问题很有启发。欢迎把应用活动的情况及时告诉我们,以便报道和交流。
