为测定日本落叶松无性系优良基因型的遗传传递能力,本文分别对岫岩县朝阳乡鸽子洞和汤沟乡后边半同胞子代家系测定林(代号为8601和9001),进行了测定与选择。通过材积生长测定,方差分析与差异显著性检验,8601子代林共筛选生长优良家系12个,9001子代林共筛选生长优良家系14个。通过遗传力、遗传增益估算,两个子代林,共筛选优良家系18个。其材积平均遗传力为07685,平均遗传增益36.96%,平均材积现实增益超过对照83.63%,超过家系总体平均值21.86%。
In order to determine the genetic transmission ability of the superior genotypes of Japanese Larch clones, we measured and selected the semi-sibling pedigrees (code-named 8601 and 9001) located in Ditai-dong and Tanggou township, Xiuyan county, respectively. . Through volume growth assay, analysis of variance and significant difference test, 12 elite families with excellent lines were screened out from 8601 offspring and 14 elite lines were screened from 9001 progeny trees. Through heritability and genetic gain estimation, two offspring were selected and 18 excellent families were screened. The average hereditary power of herbage was 07685, the average genetic gain was 36.96%, and the average real gain of material was 83.63% of the control, which exceeded the average of 21.86% of the pedigrees.
