随着上海城市轨道交通的快速发展,地铁运营的路网规模目前已跃居世界前列,基本形成了上海轨道交通网络化运营格局。轨道交通企业已进入高度需要人才、高度依赖人才的发展阶段,一线技能工人的技术水平直接影响到企业的安全运行、技术创新和经济效益,成为企业发展的基础。因此,高技能人才的培养是企业人力资源开发的重要组成部分。本文根据轨道交通行业高技能人才的现状和问题,提出高技能人才培养模式创新和政策导向,并结合车辆分公司的实践,进一步阐释了技能型人才培养模式的实效性和优越性。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit in Shanghai, the scale of the road network operated by the subway has now leapt to the forefront of the world and has basically formed a networked operation pattern of Shanghai’s rail transit. Rail transit enterprises have entered a stage of development that requires a high degree of talents and is highly dependent on qualified personnel. The technical level of front-line skilled workers directly affects the safe operation, technological innovation and economic benefits of enterprises, and thus forms the basis for the development of enterprises. Therefore, the training of highly skilled personnel is an important part of human resources development. Based on the current situation and problems of the highly skilled personnel in the rail transit industry, this paper puts forward the innovation and policy orientation of the highly skilled personnel training mode, and further explains the actual effect and superiority of the training model of skilled personnel with the practice of the vehicle branch company.
