双显色剂协同显色光度法测定锡

在pH 5.0的NaAc-Hac缓冲溶液中,PVA存在时,锡和邻苯二酚紫(PV)与罗丹明B(RhB)生成离子缔合物,其组成为Sn:PV:RhB=1:2:4.缔合物最大吸收波长为560 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.18×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.锡量在0~15 μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律.拟定方法已用于某些样品中微量锡的测定,结果满意.
