热成形钢作为汽车轻量化的1种主要用材,其热成形工艺参数对零部件的性能影响较大。基于有限元法使用abaqus软件分析了热成形过程中的传递时间对组织的影响。结果表明:传递时间越长,越容易在传递过程中形成铁素体与珠光体,减少后续马氏体的形成量。模拟实验过程中,考虑了组织转变相的孕育时间,实验结果更接近实际情况。
Thermoformed steel is one of the main materials for light-weight automotive applications, and its thermoforming process parameters have a significant impact on the performance of components. Based on the finite element method, the abaqus software was used to analyze the effect of the transfer time on the microstructure in thermoforming. The results show that the longer the transfer time, the easier it is to form ferrite and pearlite during the transfer process and reduce the formation of subsequent martensite. During the simulation experiment, the incubation time of the tissue transformation phase was considered, and the experimental results were closer to the actual situation.
