采用半圆柱实验法,研究了钛-钢爆炸焊接工艺参数与焊接结合波形参数间的关系。结果表明,随炸药量和复板飞行距离增加,波幅及波长均随之增大,工艺参数对波形成过程及波形参数有直接的影响,研究结果为爆炸焊接工艺参数的选择提供了可靠依据。
The semi-cylindrical experimental method was used to study the relationship between the welding parameters of titanium-steel explosive welding and the parameters of the welding combined waveforms. The results show that both the amplitude and the wavelength increase with the increase of the amount of explosives and flying distance of the composite plate, and the process parameters have a direct influence on the wave formation process and the waveform parameters. The research results provide a reliable basis for the selection of explosive welding process parameters.
