根据省政府部署,去年是山东省1992～1994年度村镇建设十百千活动的考核总评年。各市、地按照《山东省村镇建设十百千活动实施方案》及《十百千活动考核评分标准》,对当地十百千活动开展情况进行了认真考校验收,并经市地审核,确定推荐了参加省考核的单位。全省共推荐省级先进县(市、区)31个,新型乡镇119个,明星村1047个。为切实搞好省的考核工作,遵照张瑞凤副省长的指示,由省各有关
