提出了基于偏振控制的双波长切换激光器的概念,采用角锥腔电光调Q-DPL(激光二极管抽运固体激光器)、环形腔KTP-OPO(光参量振荡器)和电控偏振态切换技术,获得在小型轻量化、高可靠性、高效率、高重复频率和大能量输出等约束条件下,1064 nm/1570 nm两种波长自由切换输出。其中1064 nm波长每脉冲280 mJ激光输出,1570 nm波长每脉冲125 mJ激光输出,转换效率为45%,且同轴输出指向稳定,可用于星载、机载、舰载激光测距/照射、激光雷达和激光环境监测等领域。
