人本思想源于我国传统儒家思想,是我国传统文化的精髓,对于当代社会同样具有一定借鉴和指引作用。尤其是对于企业来讲,在自身的经营发展过程中引用人本管理思想能够在很大程度上提升企业内部的凝聚力,在人本理念的影响下激发出员工的工作动力,充分发挥员工个人的能动性,创造出更大的价值。虽然人本管理思想在企业的管理中具有重要现实意义,但是如何将人本管理思想应用于企业的管理却成为了一个值得探讨的问题。基于此,以人本管理思想在企业管理中的应用研究为切入点,对其进行简要的介绍和分析。
Humanistic thinking stems from the traditional Confucianism in our country and is the essence of our traditional culture. It also has some reference and guidance to contemporary society. Especially for the enterprises, referring to the principle of human-based management in their own operation and development can greatly enhance the cohesion within the enterprise, inspire the motivation of the staff under the influence of the concept of humanism and give full play to the individual Initiative, to create greater value. Although human-based management has important practical significance in the management of enterprises, how to apply human-oriented management to the management of enterprises has become a worthwhile issue. Based on this, taking the people-oriented management thought in the enterprise management as an example, this paper briefly introduces and analyzes it.
