用微波辅助水浸提的方法提取桑叶总黄酮,设定提取温度为100℃,选择提取工艺条件中的料液质量浓度、提取时间和微波功率进行单因素试验,在此基础上以桑叶总黄酮提取率为响应值,进一步采用3因素3水平的Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面分析优化上述提取条件。优化的微波辅助水浸提桑叶总黄酮工艺条件为:提取温度100℃,料液质量浓度0.027 7g/L,提取时间4.4 min,微波功率377 W。采用此工艺条件,桑叶总黄酮提取率预测值为2.334%,验证值为2.325%。试验结果表明,优化后的微波辅助水浸提桑叶总黄酮的工艺具有提取时间短、提取率高、对环境友好等优点。
The total flavonoids of mulberry leaves were extracted by microwave-assisted water extraction, the extraction temperature was set at 100 ℃, the concentration of feed liquid in extraction process conditions, the extraction time and microwave power were selected for single factor experiments. On the basis of this, The total flavonoid extraction rate was the response value. The Box-Behnken experimental design with 3 factors and 3 levels and response surface analysis were further used to optimize the above extraction conditions. The optimized conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves were extraction temperature of 100 ℃, mass concentration of feed solution of 0.027 7 g / L, extraction time of 4.4 min and microwave power of 377 W. Using this process conditions, mulberry leaf flavonoids extraction rate was 2.334%, the verification value of 2.325%. The experimental results show that the optimized microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves has the advantages of short extraction time, high extraction rate and environmental friendliness.
