现阶段我国在养老机构在容量设置上及内部管理上还远远不够到位,使得养老问题成为主要的社会矛盾,所以民政部根据实际需求推出了“社区居家养老”计划,动员更加广泛的社会力量参与到社区养老志愿服务的活动中来。本文主要根据大学生参与养老志愿服务的心理动机进行调查,从而进一步统计分析影响大学生参与动机的主要因素。 At this stage, the pension institutions in China are still far from adequate in terms of capacity setting and internal management. This paper mainly investigates the psychological motivation of college students participating in the service of providing care for the aged, so as to further statistically analyze the main factors that affect the motivation of college students to participate.
