观察了59例原发性高血压(EH)病人血浆心钠素(ANP)及类洋地黄物质(EDLC)与血流动力学的关系及降压药物对其影响。结果:EH 病人血浆 ANP 显著降低而 EDLC 明显升高。ANP 与外用阻力(TPR)显著负相关,与心脏指数(CI)显著正相关,而 EDLC 仅与 TPR 呈显著正相关.经硝苯啶和哌唑嗪治疗后,病人血流动力学有明显改善,血浆 EDLC 显著降低。
The relationship between hemodynamics and hemodynamics of plasma ANP and EDLC in 59 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and the effect of antihypertensive drugs on them were observed. Results: Plasma ANP was significantly decreased and EDLC was significantly increased in EH patients. There was a significant negative correlation between ANP and external resistance (TPR) and a significant positive correlation with cardiac index (CI), while EDLC only had a significant positive correlation with TPR. After nifedipine and prazosin treatment, hemodynamics were significantly improved , Plasma EDLC decreased significantly.
