以Mg SO_4·7H2O和Na_2CO_3为原料制备了三水碳酸镁晶须,考察了Mg SO_4浓度、Mg SO_4和Na_2CO_3摩尔加料比例、反应时间以及反应温度对产物的影响,并对产物进行了分析和表征。确定了适宜的反应条件为温度50℃、Mg SO_4浓度1.2 mol/L、Mg SO_4和Na_2CO_3摩尔比1∶1.2、反应时间40 min,此条件下,镁离子的转化率可达82.35%。当Na_2CO_3浓度升高、反应时间延长、反应温度升高时,三水碳酸镁会向碱式碳酸镁转变。同时也探索了以白钠镁矾作为镁源制备三水碳酸镁晶须的条件,并进行了母液循环工艺的设计。
The MgSO_4 · 7H2O and Na_2CO_3 were used as raw materials to prepare magnesium carbonate whiskers. The effects of MgSO_4 concentration, molar ratio of MgSO_4 and Na_2CO_3, reaction time and reaction temperature on the product were investigated. The products were analyzed and characterized . The suitable reaction conditions were as follows: the temperature was 50 ℃, the concentration of MgSO4 was 1.2 mol / L, the molar ratio of MgSO4 to Na2CO3 was 1: 1.2 and the reaction time was 40 min. The conversion rate of magnesium ion was 82.35%. When the Na_2CO_3 concentration increases, the reaction time prolongs and the reaction temperature increases, magnesium carbonate trihydrate will shift to basic magnesium carbonate. At the same time, the conditions for preparation of magnesium carbonate whiskers with sodium boehmite as a magnesium source were explored, and the design of the mother liquor recycling process was also carried out.
