教过几的语文,属于临时工性质,谈不上经验,却留下一个“语文真不容易教好”的印象。做学校行政工作以来,与教语文的朋友接触较多,他们大多比我教得好,但也常有忙得精疲力竭的苦衷。然而社会各界却都反映中学毕业生语文水平太低,这又是不可讳言的事实。看来,语文教学事倍功半,已不是哪所学校、哪个教师的问题(当然,成绩好坏、水平高低的差别是存在的)。

Since my administration of the school, I have had more contacts with friends who teach Chinese, most of whom are better educated than me, but often have to work hard and exhausted. However, all sectors of society reflect the fact that the language proficiency of secondary school graduates is too low, which is an undeniable fact. It seems that the language teaching is less effective, is not which school, which teacher problem (of course, the grade is good or bad, the level of the difference is there).
