目的 :对杜仲叶化学成分进行研究。方法 :溶剂法、色谱法分离化学成分 ,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :从叶中分离得到 6个化合物 ,熊果酸 (1) ,β 谷甾醇 (2 ) ,对香豆酸 (3) ,咖啡酸乙酯 (4 ) ,绿原酸 (5 ) ,松柏苷 (6 )。 结论 :均为首次从杜仲叶中得到 ,化合物 3,4,5为首次从杜仲属中获得
Objective : To study the chemical composition of Eucommia ulmoides leaves. Method : Solvent method and chromatographic separation of chemical constituents, and its structure was identified by spectral method. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from leaves, ursolic acid (1), beta sitosterol (2), p-coumaric acid (3), caffeic acid ethyl ester (4), chlorogenic acid (5), and coniferin (6). Conclusion : All were obtained from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides for the first time. Compounds 3, 4, and 5 were obtained from the genus Eucommia for the first time.
