为了探讨增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）蛋白在子宫内膜癌的表达及意义，应用免疫组化链酶菌－抗生物素过氧化物酶染色法（Ｓ－Ｐ法），检测５０例子宫内膜癌石蜡包埋标本中的ＰＣＮＡ蛋白的表达。结果：所有切片中均可见到ＰＣＮＡ阳性表达。ＰＣＮＡ指数与子宫内膜癌的临床分期、病理分级及肌层浸润关系密切，随着临床分期的提高、病理分级的降低及肌层浸润的加深，ＰＣＮＡ指数逐渐升高。结论：ＰＣＮＡ指数可作为间接反映子宫内膜癌预后的一项指标。
In order to investigate the expression and significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) protein in endometrial carcinoma, immunohistochemical streptavidin-biotin peroxidase (S-P method) was used to detect 50 cases of endometrial carcinoma Expression of PCNA protein in paraffin-embedded specimens. Results: PCNA positive expression was found in all sections. The PCNA index was closely related to the clinical stages, pathological grade and myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma. The PCNA index gradually increased with the improvement of clinical stage, pathological grade and deepening of myometrial invasion. Conclusion: PCNA index can be used as an indirect indicator of endometrial cancer prognosis.
