分析了高炉喷吹混合燃料的可磨性、黏结指数和胶质层厚度等对高炉冶炼的影响,并对高炉喷吹煤粉、喷吹煤粉与废塑料混合燃料进行了燃烧模拟。结果表明,高炉喷吹煤与废塑料混合燃料在理论上是可行的。
The effects of grindability, bond index and gummy layer thickness on blast furnace smelting were analyzed. The combustion simulation of pulverized coal injection, pulverized coal injection and waste plastic blends was carried out. The results show that it is theoretically feasible to inject coal and waste plastics into the blast furnace.
