气动顺控回路的设计方法常用的有直观分析法和X—D图法。这两种方法都比较难掌握,因为在设计时需要考虑多种因素,解决消除障碍信号问题。特别是在多缸往复系统中,由于转换信号复杂,设计时困难更大。本文介绍的设计方法则不同,具确设计步骤固定,规则简单、规律性强的特点。只要象数学运算中代公式那样,把实际问题的条件代入回路摸式,就得出了基本控制回路。不必另外考虑消障问题。因此特别适合于不具备专门气动技术知识的人员使用。一、基本设计步骤
