培养新世纪创新型科技人才是高等教育的重要任务,强化工程能力与创新能力为重点改革人才培养模式,针对光学制造技术专业方向的发展和人才的培养,以“光学薄膜与技术”这门课程为例,从理论教学、实践课程、教学方法、教材建设、课程体系、教学队伍等方面进行了教学改革的探索与尝试,提出了一系列具有创新性和方向性的改革措施,并进行了相应的课程建设与发展规划的制定。经过近几年来的试验证明,相应的改革措施比较有效,促进了整体教学水平的提高。
To cultivate innovative science and technology talents in the new century is an important task for higher education.
