目的研究萝芙木水溶性生物碱(WSAR)的抗氧化活性。方法根据DPPH.体系吸光值的变化研究催吐萝芙木水溶性生物碱清除自由基的能力,DPPH.反应体系为2.5 ml 6.5×10-5mol.L-1DPPH.+0.5 ml样品溶液,反应时间30min。考察了不同浓度WSAR和特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)与DPPH.自由基清除率的关系。结果DPPH.自由基的清除能力IC50(WSAR)=2.627×10-4g/ml,IC50(TBHQ)=1.267×10-5g/ml。结论萝芙木水溶性生物碱具有抗氧化活性,可以开发为天然抗氧化剂。
Aim To study the antioxidant activity of water-soluble alkaloids (Rauwolf’s Rauvolfia WSAR). Methods According to the change of absorbance of DPPH system, the free radical scavenging activity of water-soluble alkaloids from Radix Eupleurum was studied. DPPH reaction system consisted of 2.5 ml 6.5 × 10 -5 mol·L-1 DPPH + 0.5 ml sample solution and the reaction time was 30 min . The effects of different concentrations of WSAR and TBHQ on DPPH free radical scavenging activity were investigated. Results The scavenging capacity of DPPH radical was IC50 (WSAR) = 2.627 × 10-4g / ml and IC50 (TBHQ) = 1.267 × 10-5g / ml. Conclusion Rauvolfia water-soluble alkaloids have antioxidant activity and can be developed as natural antioxidants.
