该文对电牵引采煤机变频调速装置进行了系统的研究和设计,对实现的功能进行了详细的阐述。该装置是由主控制系统、变频调速系统、再生制动保护系统、温湿度控制系统组成。它采用了先进的PWM变频调速技术和微电脑控制技术,使采煤机控制操作可靠,调速范围广,牵引力更大,防滑能力强。在恶劣环境下使用也更为安全可靠。尤其适用于薄煤层工作面倾角大的环境。为我国煤矿装备制造业的技术进步,提高国际竞争力,提供了一种崭新的变频自动控制技术。
