本文对滚刀离子氮化工艺参数进行了比较系统的试验研究,从而获得了适用于滚刀的无脆性ε相化合物层,而仅有纯扩散层的氮化组织。根据氮化介质、氮化温度和氮化时间等工艺参数的不同,纯扩散层的氮化组织又可分为无ε相的扩散层和含有ε相扩散层二种氮化组织。本文还着重分析了适用于滚刀的二种氮化组织的形成条件和特点。经过离子氮化的滚刀,使用寿命取得了较好的效果。
In this paper, the experimental parameters of hob-ion nitriding process were systematically studied, and the non-brittle εphase compound layer suitable for hob was obtained, but only the nitride layer of pure diffusion layer. According to different process parameters such as nitriding medium, nitriding temperature and nitriding time, the nitrided structure of pure diffusion layer can be divided into two kinds of nitrided structure without ε phase diffusion layer and ε phase diffusion layer. This article also focuses on the analysis of the formation of two kinds of nitrided microstructure conditions and characteristics. After ion nitriding hob, the service life has achieved good results.
