目的主要研究知识竞赛联合虚拟现实仿真演练对社区居民现场急救培训中的影响。方法 120名社区常住居民按数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予竞赛知识干预,观察组在此基础上给予虚拟现实仿真演练的方法。结果培训前,二组人群的急救知识、态度及行为评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,二组社区居民急救知识、态度及行为评分较前有所提高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,培训后,观察组社区人群急救知识评分、态度评分及行为评分较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。培训前二组人群的急救知识知晓率评测差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,二组人群急救知识知晓率评测较前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,培训后,观察组人群急救知识知晓率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论竞赛知识联合虚拟现实仿真演练能显著提高社区居民现场急救能力。
Objective The main research knowledge contest joint virtual reality simulation exercises on community residents first aid training. Methods A total of 120 community residents were divided into control group and observation group by digital random method. The control group was given competition knowledge intervention, and the observation group gave the method of virtual reality simulation exercise. Results Before training, there was no significant difference in first aid knowledge, attitude and behavior scores between the two groups (P> 0.05). After training, the scores of first aid knowledge, attitude and behavior of community residents in the two groups increased significantly (P <0.05) . Compared with the control group, after the training, the score, attitude score and behavior score of emergency group in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of first aid knowledge between the two groups before training (P> 0.05). After the training, the awareness rate of first aid knowledge of the two groups was higher than that before (P <0.05); Compared with the control group, after the training, the awareness rate of the first aid knowledge of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of competition knowledge and virtual reality simulation exercises can significantly improve the emergency rescues ability of community residents.
