在已知110例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者各自的心肌酶曲线待定参数的情况下.分别用SPSS统计软件的连续二次方程法和改良单纯形法进行非线性回归,连续二次方程法和改良单纯形法拟会成功率分别为84.5%(93/110)和99.1%(109/110).P<0.0001.后者的拟会成功率高于连续二次方程法的拟合成功率。在心肌酶待定参数未知的情况下,对28例AMI患者心肌酶曲线用上述两种方法进行非线性回归亦得出相似的结论。
Given the pending parameters of the myocardial enzyme profile of 110 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Nonlinear regression was carried out by the continuous quadratic method and modified simplex method of SPSS statistical software respectively. The success rates of continuous quadratic method and modified simplex method were 84.5% (93/110) and 99.1 % (109/110). P <0.0001. The latter’s quasi-success rate is higher than the continuous quadratic equation fitting success rate. In the unknown parameters of myocardial enzyme to be determined, 28 patients with AMI myocardial enzyme curve using the two methods of non-linear regression also reached a similar conclusion.
